360ism Studios offers organized booking opportunities for select visiting and traveling model talent through a structured studio-based system designed to protect scheduling, promotion, and booking value.
Not every model visit should be handled casually.
When 360ism promotes a traveling or visiting model, we may invest time, platform reach, booking coordination, flyer creation, schedule management, and in some cases travel-related support to create a professional booking opportunity that benefits everyone involved.
Because of that, we operate under a more controlled structure than an informal shoot meetup.
Visiting talent accepted into the 360ism / Influencer Model Shoots system may be booked under a guaranteed 5-hour booking block.
That block may include a mix of:
This structure allows 360ism to promote the model visit more effectively while keeping the day organized and monetized in a way that makes sense for the studio, the photographers, and the talent.
360ism controls the schedule, booking flow, and promotion of the visit.
360ism does not treat every model the same for pricing and promotion purposes.
Models accepted into the system may be assigned an internal tier based on factors such as experience, professionalism, reliability, portfolio quality, publication history, demand, marketability, and prior performance with 360ism.
Best suited for newer or emerging talent building experience and portfolio value.
Established talent with a stronger portfolio, stronger booking appeal, and proven reliability.
Higher-level talent with stronger recognition, stronger market demand, publication credentials, or greater promotional draw.
A model’s assigned tier may affect hourly rate, approved rate range, group shoot pricing, private session pricing, promotion level, and booking opportunities offered through 360ism.
Rates for sessions booked through the 360ism system are based on the rate or rate range approved by 360ism for the model’s assigned tier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
When a model is promoted through 360ism, the visit becomes more than just a casual appearance.
Because of that, 360ism uses a structured system to protect the value of the visit and reduce off-platform conflicts that can weaken the booking opportunity.
In many cases, visiting talent promoted through 360ism may be placed under a Protected Booking Window.
This means that during the approved booking period:
This policy exists to protect the integrity of the booking opportunity when 360ism is the party organizing, promoting, and in some cases financially supporting the visit.
In some cases, 360ism may provide or contribute to travel reimbursement, lodging, transportation support, promotional support, or guaranteed block compensation.
When that happens, the support is tied to the approved booking structure and the terms of participation. Travel or lodging support is not intended to create an open local booking tour outside of the approved 360ism structure.
This program is not designed for models who want complete open-market flexibility during their visit or who do not want structured booking controls tied to promotion and scheduling.
All selected models must review and sign the official Traveling & Visiting Model Talent Agreement before promotion, scheduling, or booking coordination begins.
