Models & Applications
Who can apply to be considered for IMG opportunities?
Professional, aspiring, local, and traveling models may apply. We review each applicant based on presentation, reliability, communication, portfolio quality, availability, and fit for upcoming shoots or booking opportunities.
Do I need a huge social media following?
No. A large following can help, but it is not the only factor. Strong images, clean presentation, professionalism, engagement, and reliability can matter more than follower count.
When will I hear back after applying?
We try to review applications within 3–5 business days. If you are a fit for a current opportunity, you may receive next-step details, booking requirements, or additional questions.
Can I reapply if I am not selected?
Yes. If you are not selected, you may reapply after improving your portfolio, updating your images, strengthening your presentation, or clarifying your availability.
Do models have to accept tier levels?
Yes. Models selected for the Daily Booking Program or structured IMG opportunities may be placed into a booking tier based on experience, demand, presentation, reliability, and booking value.
Do selected models need to sign agreements?
Yes. Selected models may be required to sign booking, coordination, model release, travel, visiting model, or code-of-conduct agreements before being promoted or booked through IMG.
Photographers & Bookings
How do I book a model?
Use the official Book Models page to select available model talent, choose your preferred date and time, submit your shoot details, and complete the booking process through the platform.
Can I book a model for a weekday shoot?
Yes. The Daily Booking Program is designed to make weekday model sessions easier for photographers, brands, creators, and businesses that need model talent.
Are model bookings instantly confirmed?
No. Payment begins the booking request process. Final confirmation depends on model availability, studio availability, shoot style, and approval of the booking details.
Can I book a 1-on-1 with a model after a group shoot?
Yes, when available. One-on-one bookings may be scheduled before or after a group session. These are paid model bookings and must be coordinated through the official IMG or 360ism system.
What is included in a group shoot ticket?
Group shoot details vary by event, but may include access to styled sets, scheduled model rotations, studio lighting, production support, and the opportunity to create portfolio-ready images with featured talent.
How does the group shoot rotation work?
Photographers shoot one at a time in short rotations. This avoids paparazzi-style shooting, gives the model space to perform, and keeps access fair for all participants.
Can I bring my own lighting?
Basic studio lighting and modifiers may be available depending on the session. You may bring compact specialty gear, but large setups or disruptive equipment require approval in advance.
Payments, Usage & Image Rights
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are usually processed online through the website checkout or booking form. Accepted methods may include major cards, Stripe-supported payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay depending on the checkout setup.
Are tickets refundable?
Refund and transfer rules may vary by event or booking type. In general, last-minute cancellations may not be refundable because model time, studio time, and production resources are reserved in advance.
Who owns the images from an IMG shoot?
In most cases, the photographer owns the copyright to the images they create, while the model may receive usage rights for personal promotion depending on the release or booking agreement.
Can images be used commercially?
Commercial usage may require a separate agreement, licensing terms, model release, brand release, or usage upgrade. Portfolio and social use are not always the same as commercial usage.
Can I post behind-the-scenes content?
Short BTS clips may be allowed when they do not interfere with the shoot, reveal private moments, violate boundaries, or include other participants without permission. Always credit 360ism Studios / Influencer Model Group when appropriate.
Brands & Product Placement
Can brands book models or place products through IMG?
Yes. Approved brands may inquire about product placement, model-led content, campaign shoots, studio productions, brand sponsorships, and visual assets created through 360ism Studios.
What types of brands are a good fit?
Apparel, swimwear, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, accessories, lifestyle products, creative launches, and brands that benefit from being modeled or visually styled are usually a strong fit.
How far in advance should brands inquire?
A four-week lead time is ideal for campaign planning, product shipping, model coordination, styling, and production scheduling. Last-minute projects may be considered if the creative fit and schedule allow.
What assets can brands receive?
Depending on the package, brands may receive edited campaign images, BTS stills, vertical reels, usage documents, licensing packets, and optional performance reports.
Where should brands ship products?
Ship approved products to: 360ism Studios, Attn: Brand Coordinator, 1108 E. Main St, Suite 220, Richmond, VA 23219.
When should product arrive?
Products should arrive at least five business days before the shoot so there is time for fittings, organizing, steaming, styling, and production preparation.
Safety, Studio Rules & Logistics
Where are IMG shoots held?
Most IMG shoots and bookings are held at 360ism Studios, located at 1108 E. Main St, Suite 220, Richmond, VA 23219. Some approved shoots may take place at outside locations.
What time should photographers arrive?
Arrival times vary by session. For group shoots, photographers should plan to arrive early enough to check in, prepare gear, review the shoot structure, and be ready when the session begins.
What should models bring?
Models should bring approved wardrobe, basic makeup items, personal grooming supplies, required ID, and any items requested for the specific shoot or booking.
What if someone feels uncomfortable?
IMG enforces professional conduct standards. If a model, photographer, brand representative, or staff member feels uncomfortable, they should notify a 360ism representative immediately.
Is harassment tolerated?
No. Harassment, intimidation, boundary-pushing, inappropriate comments, unwanted contact, or disrespectful conduct may result in immediate removal and possible exclusion from future IMG or 360ism opportunities.
