Code of Conduct
Every IMG shoot, booking, workshop, and creative event is built around respect, professionalism, safety, and clear boundaries. These rules protect the models, photographers, brands, crew, and the creative environment.
Designed to Protect the Set
360ism Studios and Influencer Model Group welcome models, photographers, creators, and brands into a professional creative environment. The goal is to create strong images, meaningful collaborations, and productive experiences without confusion, disrespect, pressure, or inappropriate behavior.
By attending or participating in any IMG event, group shoot, private booking, workshop, or model session, you agree to follow the standards below.
Participant Standards
1. Respect Comes First
All attendees must treat the model, photographers, studio staff, guests, and crew with respect, professionalism, and courtesy at all times.
- Conduct yourself like you are on a professional production set
- Respect everyone’s time, space, and creative role
- Keep communication clean, focused, and appropriate
2. Personal Boundaries Are Non-Negotiable
Personal topics that have nothing to do with the shoot are off-limits. Keep the focus on the professional and artistic purpose of the session.
- No comments or questions about personal relationships
- No discussion of family, children, private matters, or personal history
- No pressure, invasive questions, or uncomfortable conversations
3. No Unsolicited Comments on Appearance
This is a creative production environment, not a place for unwanted opinions, inappropriate compliments, or body-focused commentary.
- No remarks about a model’s body or figure
- No unwanted comments about clothing, posing, or style
- Only give feedback when invited and keep it professional
4. Maintain Photography Etiquette
Photographers must work respectfully, share the set fairly, and follow the structure of the shoot.
- Give clear and respectful direction only when appropriate
- Never touch the model — verbal guidance only
- Respect the model’s comfort, boundaries, and flow
- Share time and space fairly with other photographers
Zero Tolerance for Inappropriate Behavior
Harassment, intimidation, suggestive conduct, unwanted advances, aggressive behavior, boundary-pushing, or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate removal from the event.
Violators may be banned from future 360ism Studios and Influencer Model Group events, bookings, shoots, workshops, and opportunities.

Behind-the-scenes conversations, private information, off-camera moments, and personal details must not be shared without explicit permission.
