We’ll reply within 24 hrs with availability. A 50 % retainer secures your slot; balance due shoot day.
Pre-Shoot Planning Call
Mood boards, wardrobe, set choices, and posing inspo finalized 3–5 days before the session.
Traveling models: Ask about back-to-back booking blocks to maximize your Richmond stop—single-day studio rental + multiple client shoots.

Q — Can I bring a chaperone or assistant?
A — Yes. One respectful guest is welcome; they must remain off-set during shooting.
Q — Do you supply wardrobe?
A — We keep limited basics and props. Bring core outfits; styling add-ons available if you need full creative direction.
Q — How are images delivered?
A — Proof gallery via cloud (watermarked). Choose retouch counts per package; final hi-res JPEGs & web-res copies via cloud download.
Q — What if I need to reschedule?
A — 72-hr notice = retainer moves to a new date within 60 days. < 72 hrs forfeits retainer due to studio costs.
Q — Can I sell the images on OnlyFans / Patreon?
A — Personal monetization platforms are allowed. Branded commercial ads or product campaigns require the Commercial Usage Upgrade.
SESSION RULES & POLICIES (SUMMARY)
Arrive hair & base-makeup ready unless you booked HMUA.
Keep the studio tidy; glitter, oil, confetti, or smoke require pre-approval and cleanup fee.
Respect studio sets & gear; damage billed at replacement cost.
All participants sign release and standard studio liability waiver on arrival.
