Important: One-on-one sessions are separate from the group shoot ticket and must be booked separately.

Lighting will be guided and kept simple. You do not need to bring a full lighting setup for the group shoot.
Image Usage
Images from this shoot may be used for personal portfolio, social media, and self-promotion by the participating photographer.
Commercial usage, resale, paid advertising, publication submission, or brand/product promotion requires separate written permission from the model and/or 360ism Studios.
Conduct Policy
All photographers are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
No touching the model.
No inappropriate comments or conduct.
No video recording unless approved in advance.
No behind-the-scenes recording without permission.
No bringing additional guests unless approved.
Photographers must follow the shoot flow and rotation system.
Anyone who violates the conduct policy may be removed from the shoot without refund.
Weather / Location Note
This is a rain-or-shine indoor editorial shoot. Final shooting areas may be adjusted based on building access, weather conditions, lighting, safety, and flow of the event.
Refund Policy
All sales are final unless the event is canceled by 360ism Studios.
If 360ism Studios cancels the event, attendees will receive either a refund or credit toward a future shoot, depending on the situation.
